Welcome to GNGM – your sleep and rest companion for better nights and brighter mornings. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the GNGM mobile application ("App")

By using GNGM, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

GNGM App is designed to support better sleep and rest. The App provides sleep tracking, guided meditations, sleep stories, progress analytics, and other tools. You must be at least 12 years old to use this App.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Do not share your account. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.

3. Subscription & Payments

GNGM offers an annual subscription of $39,69, billed through Apple's in-app purchase system. No refunds are issued once a payment is processed. You can manage or cancel your subscription via your Apple ID account settings.

4. Content Ownership

All content provided by the app (texts, images, advice, etc.) is the property of the app developer and may not be reused or reproduced without permission.

5. User-Generated Content

You may upload personal photos (e.g., sleep journal entries). You retain ownership of your content, but you grant us a license to store and process it solely to provide app functionality.

6. Prohibited Behavior

You agree not to misuse the App. This includes uploading inappropriate content, attempting to reverse-engineer the app, or abusing other users.

7. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated Terms.

8. Disclaimer

GNGM App is not a medical or psychiatric service. If you are experiencing severe sleep disorders or mental health issues, please seek help from a licensed professional.
